Hi there my name is Tracey Tauwhare.
I
decided to become a HypnoBirthing Practitioner after the successful
birth of my second daughter through using the HypnoBirthing
philosophy. When we discovered I was pregnant with my second child,
all the fear and bad memories resurfaced as I had only known birth to
be a painful, drawn out experience that left you feeling helpless,
and not in control of your birth, or your body.
After talking with my
partner about my fear of giving birth we starting searching for
something that could make birthing easier....if there was ever such a
thing? and that's when we found HypnoBirthing and have never looked
back.
The birth of our second daughter was a peaceful experience,
I birthed easily with no
discomfort what so ever. I was totally amazed my the whole experience
and thought to myself, why don't more women know about this peaceful,
relaxing way to birth?
I couldn't stop
thinking about the women I knew and the battles they had endured
through hard labours and uncomfortable births.
I could not recall one
single women telling me they enjoyed their labour or that birthing was
easy and didn't hurt. We only ever hear how hard or difficult labour
is and then it dawned on me that people expect birth to hurt!... but
through the education of HypnoBirthing it doesn't have to.
I had experienced a new
way to birth and wanted to share it with anyone who would listen. If you are interested
